Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Our website uses “Google Ads Conversion Tracking” for the statistical recording of marketing campaigns. If you have reached our website via an ad placed on Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set on your device. The cookie expires after 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) and is not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked on the websites of other Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who use conversion tracking. Customers receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can be used to personally identify users.
Google Conversion Tracking is used to optimize our website and the advertising we place. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO) as the basis for the associated data processing.
If you do not wish to participate in conversion tracking, you can object to its use (opt-out) by generally deactivating the setting of cookies or by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of your browser.
