What personal data do we collect?

Depending on the purpose for which we process your personal data, we need to process one or other personal data, which will in general be, depending on each case, as follows:  

Identification data related to your request: e.g. name, email address, or other details. 

Voluntary information: This is data that you provide to us on a voluntary basis without us asking you to do so, such as the reason for contacting us. 

Commercial information: e.g. if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

Customer Support and job applications: We will use your data to respond as a user to your request by email or through our career website.

On what basis do we use your personal data?

Customer Support: We consider that we have a lawful interest in answering the requests or queries raised by you through the existing different contact channels. Data sharing


The data transmitted as part of your application is transferred via TLS encryption and stored in a database. Your personal data will only be processed for the purpose of your application. 

The database is operated by Personio GmbH, which offers a personnel administration and applicant management software ( Personio is our processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The basis for the processing here is an data processing agreement between FGK as the controller and Personio as the processor. 

No other personal data will be disclosed to third parties. 

Google Analytics 

This website uses Google Analytics. We collect and process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes. In doing so, we ensure that the data is collected anonymously. At no time is your identity stored. We ensure that Google Analytics only transmits a shortened version of your IP address to Google. 

By calling up the website and loading the service, Google obtains knowledge that our website was called up via your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your terminal device, unless you have prohibited the use of cookies in your browser, and that enables an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
We base the use of Google Analytics on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO), which consists in the demand-oriented design and optimization of our website. 

The service transfers personal data to the USA. The EU Commission has decided that this country offers an adequate level of data protection (TADPF). The Service has been submitted to the TADPF. In addition, in accordance with the requirements of the German data protection authorities, we have concluded an order processing agreement with Google when using Google Analytics. 

We collect your IP address so that it can be shortened and transmitted to Google. You are not obliged to provide this personal data; it is also possible to use our website without providing this data. Google Ads Conversion Tracking 

Our website uses “Google Ads Conversion Tracking” for the statistical recording of marketing campaigns. If you have reached our website via an ad placed on Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set on your device. The cookie expires after 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) and is not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked on the websites of other Ads customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who use conversion tracking. Customers receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can be used to personally identify users. 

Google Conversion Tracking is used to optimize our website and the advertising we place. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO) as the basis for the associated data processing.

Contact form 

If you use the contact form integrated on our website or contact us in any other way, e.g. to request information about our services, the mandatory information requested in the contact form and the information you otherwise provide voluntarily (e.g. communication content) will be stored and transmitted to us by our IT service provider. 

We process this data to process the request, including any information on our services, answering follow-up questions, and preventing misuse of the contact form. We base this data processing on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO) to process your request and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. In the case of booking our services, we base this on the preparation and execution of the contract with you (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO).

MP.CH treats your personal data in a confidential manner and uses at least the same level of care in safeguarding your personal data that it uses with its own confidential information of a similar nature.
